# A structured engagement model from discovery to operation

## 1. Meet

*Establish objectives and constraints.*

Discovery sessions with leadership and the people who use the systems day to day establish business objectives, operational constraints, compliance obligations and the definition of a successful outcome.

## 2. Identify

*Assess the current environment.*

Inventory of devices, identities, applications, vendors and controls, followed by a risk-ranked assessment of gaps against the objectives established in discovery.

## 3. Strategize

*Define the roadmap and budget.*

Findings are converted into a phased roadmap. Each phase carries a defined scope, cost, timeline and measure of success so it can be approved and funded independently.

## 4. Implement

*Deliver in controlled phases.*

Migrations are executed in waves with validation and rollback points. Software is released incrementally. Security and device policies are piloted before organization-wide rollout, with change communicated in advance.

## 5. Operate

*Monitor, support and review.*

Delivered systems move into managed operation with monitoring, support and scheduled reviews. Operational data informs the next revision of the roadmap.

## How a quote is produced

1. **Discovery call.** A 30-minute conversation covering the environment, user and device counts, current providers and priorities.
2. **Environment review.** Where required, a short technical review of endpoints, identity, backup and cloud configuration to confirm scope.
3. **Written proposal.** Scope, monthly fee, one-time onboarding work and any recommended projects, each priced separately.
4. **Onboarding.** A documented handover from the previous provider or internal arrangement, typically completed within thirty days.
