# An IT services provider with an engineering practice.

Our objective is to give organizations a technology function that is responsive, documented and engineered to a standard usually reserved for much larger enterprises.

## How we operate

- **Independent advice.** Recommendations are based on suitability and total cost of ownership. Where the correct answer is a smaller tool or no tool, that is the recommendation.
- **Engineering discipline.** Version control, automation, monitoring and testing are applied to every environment we manage, regardless of its size.
- **Documentation as a deliverable.** Procedures, architecture and decisions are recorded in systems the client owns. Operational knowledge is never confined to one individual.
- **Security as a baseline.** Identity, encryption, backup and monitoring are included in every service from the outset rather than offered as additions.
